如何用油菜籽做晚餐?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the parsley, oregano, and dried oregano and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the salt, black pepper, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, oregano, and thyme to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately.
