Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, parsley, and basil to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve immediately.
